What Do You Think Of This?

So I have been looking into getting Emma a pony for a while now. Every little girl should have a pony right? I found this ad for a very cheap horse and wanted you all to take a look at it and see if you think it will be right for an almost 4 year old. They are only asking $25 for it so I figured there can't be too much wrong with it.
